National Sustainability Conference, Environmental Up-Skilling & the Green Collar Economy

The Office of Environmental Sustainability (OES), National University of Singapore and the Workplace Research Centre (WRC), University of Sydney are jointly organizing The National Sustainability Conference 2010, entitled “Environmental Up-Skilling & the Green Collar Economy”. This conference aims to promote achieving sustainability in the workplace through sustainable leadership/management practices and green business solutions. The theme of the 2nd National Sustainability Conference this year will be the Future Landscape of Environmental Economies in the Asia Pacific Region.

  • Er Lee Chuan Seng, President, Singapore Green Building Council (SGBC)
  • Dr Gao Chun Ping, Senior Executive Development Officer, Green Mark Department, Building and Construction Authority of Singapore
  • Mr Ken Hickson, Author of The ABC of Carbon and Director of ABC Carbon
  • Mr John Pearson, Head of the UK Regional Climate Change Network in Southeast Asia

Each registered participant will receive a complimentary copy of Ken Hickson’s latest book ‘The ABC of Carbon’! All SIA and BOA registered members will receive 6 CPD points. GMPs, GMMs & GMFMs will receive 16 BCA Green Mark credit points for re-certification.
